Clinically, COA varied in times of it presentation depending on age of the patient.

Neonates can be presented in the form of shock as an emergency.

Sometimes, there is not severe stenosis, and then we can follow-up the neonates at regular intervals.

In other age groups, it can presents in the form of incidental detection of abnormal heart sound, chest pain, leg pains, poor pulses in lower limbs.

In untreated cases, patient may have severe hypertension (increase in blood pressure).
